The Boutique & Design Hotel Volkshaus Basel is a "place to be" in Basel, where hospitality, cosmopolitanism, tradition and innovation are very important. Located in the middle of urban and lively Kleinbasel, the Volkshaus Basel has been an institution for gastronomy and events since 1925. A few years ago, the renowned Basel architects Herzog & de Meuron redesigned the Volkshaus Bar and Brasserie and made it an important fixture in Basel's gastronomy scene. Every day, employees with heart and soul live the personal service culture according to the motto "Give joy, experience joy" and thus ensure an unforgettable experience, in the restaurant, at a concert or in the hotel. Hotel guests receive free coffee/tea and water, state-of-the-art Wi-Fi, a flying bar and other excellent services.
