This approximate six-hour circular trail starts at the Alt Falkenstein Heritage Museum and ends in Balsthal. The three castles - Alt Falkenstein, Alt-Bechburg and the Neu-Falkenstein ruins - lie along the route. Route: Alt Falkenstein Heritage Museum – Balsthal – Oensinger Roggen – Roggenflue – Blüemlismatt – Alt-Bechburg ruins – Holderbank – Römerweg – Neu-Falkenstein ruins – St. Wolfgang – Balsthal.
