Intro

Fondazione Majid presents in Ascona the solo exhibition “RINASCIMENTO / DIVA Art Collection” by Swiss artist Boris Dondé.

The solo exhibition “RINASCIMENTO / DIVA Art Collection” presents a new artistic project by Swiss artist Boris Dondé.

About the collection

The series pays tribute to the timeless luminosity of Italian mosaics, with particular inspiration drawn from Sicilian tradition. Vivid colours, refined details and careful craftsmanship are combined with elements of Pop Art.

Highlights

- Original mosaic backgrounds

- A recurring sun motif that brings energy and vitality to the works

- Iconic figures such as Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Brigitte Bardot, Frida Kahlo and Grace Kelly

The collection creates a dialogue between past and present and invites visitors into a rich visual and sensory experience shaped by elegance and character.
