Engadiner Dampffahrt
Overview
Intro
Engadin Steam Train Ride from Scuol. Experience railway history and nature along the Inn River. Exclusively in first class in a Belle Époque compartment. info scuol-tarasp@rhb.ch
Immerse yourself in the wondrous world of the steam era and experience a piece of railroad history up close. The Engadin, with its stunning landscape, is already one-of-a-kind—but on a steam train ride, you can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery along the Inn River all the more. First class in the Belle Époque car is a truly special experience. With advance reservations, you’ll enjoy little extras like an aperitif or coffee and pastries.
Nostalgia, gleaming metal, and the smooth interplay of mechanics combine to create a special experience. What began in 1889 with the opening of the line from Landquart to Klosters is now a 384-kilometer rail network nestled in the heart of the Swiss high mountains.
