Intro

Die Höflibeiz verwandelt den Innenhof der Klibühni während fünf Wochen in einen lebendigen Treffpunkt mit wechselnden Gastteams, kreativen Menüs und sommerlicher Atmosphäre.

Mitten im Herzen der Churer Altstadt wird der Innenhof der Klibühni während fünf Wochen zur Höflibeiz – einem temporären Sommerrestaurant mit besonderem Konzept.

Jeden Abend übernimmt ein anderes Gastteam die Küche und serviert ein selbst zusammengestelltes Drei-Gänge-Menü. Ob Verein, Unternehmen, Restaurant oder Freundeskreis – jedes Team verleiht der Höflibeiz seine ganz persönliche Handschrift und sorgt für abwechslungsreiche kulinarische Erlebnisse.

Freuen Sie sich auf gemütliche Sommerabende, feines Essen, gute Gespräche und eine einzigartige Atmosphäre unter freiem Himmel. Die Höflibeiz ist offen für alle und lädt dazu ein, neue Menschen kennenzulernen, gemeinsam zu geniessen und den Sommer in besonderem Ambiente zu verbringen.
