Morges Bouge
Overview
Intro
Morges bouge is a sporting event open to everyone, whatever their age.
There are 5 signposted routes of varying difficulty (3-5-10 km) for walkers and runners. There will also be a competition between schools, businesses and the general public. The aim is to encourage people to take part in physical activity, without a stopwatch or competition.
Organised by the town's various departments since 2008, with the help of around a hundred volunteers and the active collaboration of local companies, Morges bouge symbolises the authorities' strong desire to get involved in bringing life to the town, as well as promoting health through physical activity.
The day's programme
From 4.30pm: Activities, workshops, demonstrations and treasure hunt
4.45pm: Departure reserved for schools, crèches and nurseries
5pm: 1st departure for all
5.30pm: 2nd departure for all
6.30pm: Last possible departure
from 5pm: Pasta party for all participants
9pm: End of the event
