Intro
Urban sketching - discovering the city through drawing
Pen instead of camera: urban sketching is a creative way to explore Thun. Together with the Urban Sketching Group Thun, you will wander through the city and capture impressions of squares, alleyways and special moments in drawings on the spot.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced sketcher, the focus is on conscious observation, exchange and the joy of creative work in urban space. If you can, bring your own sketching material; a simple drawing set-up is also available on site.
Material for urban sketching: sketchbook or paper with backing, pencil, rubber, fineliner, waterbrush or brush, watercolors, stool or seat
