Madrijazz Gospel - 34 years of energy and passion
Based in Lausanne and led by Jean-Luc Dutoit, Madrijazz Gospel has been thrilling audiences for over thirty years, from the Salle Métropole in Lausanne to the churches of Harlem and all the way to New York’s Carnegie Hall. Backed by a rhythm section of professional musicians (piano, bass, drums), the choir conveys the values of Gospel with true authenticity.
At the Casino de Montreux, the choir presents a repertoire blending the great classics of the genre with surprising arrangements of songs by Cat Stevens, Simon & Garfunkel, the Blues Brothers and Joe Cocker. A radiant concert to experience the magic of Christmas!
