Captain Oli invites you to enjoy a delicious Chinese fondue during a cruise on Lake Biel. Named the "Filet Fondue" by the captain himself, this speciality is prepared in a flavourful vegetable broth.
The meal begins with the Captain's Salad, followed by the fondue featuring beef fillet, pork fillet, lamb fillet, turkey breast and mushrooms. The meat is served à discrétion (all you can eat) and cooked in a vegetable broth. The meal is accompanied by sweet and sour garnishes, Béarnaise sauce, warm Café de Paris sauce, Stroganoff sauce, herb butter, rösti croquettes and a vegetable gratin.
