Right at the entrance to the picturesque village of Falera (Graubünden, Switzerland) lies the Landhaus Ursulina, a beautiful holiday home in the traditional architectural style of the Surselva. The house has been completely renovated without losing its traditional charm and has all modern amenities. On a total of three floors and 210 m2, you can expect an insight into the alpine lifestyle in a modern ambience. An ideal blend of comfort and history.
The accommodation is ideal for groups or families, and has a total of 16 beds in eight bedrooms. The Landhaus Ursulina has two parking spaces in the adjoining underground car park, as well as further parking spaces in the public car park directly in front of the house.
A post bus stop is also located directly in front of the house, which connects you directly with Chur.
Together with Laax and Flims, Falera forms the Alpenarena, a breathtakingly beautiful region in the Grisons Alps that invites you to rest, relax and enjoy a wide range of activities. Whether you want to spend the summer with the family or with a group of friends who want to use the Alpenarena in winter - the region offers something for everyone.
