Intro
Together with the Leventina, the Blenio Valley presents a beautifully scenic hike between Pizzo Molare and the television antenna on the Matro.
In two sections, a chairlift takes you via Cancorì to the Pian Nara. And from here it’s no longer far to the Bassa di Nara in anticipation of ridge hikes heading north or south – from where you enjoy impressive views over the Gotthard region and across the valley as far as the Rheinwaldhorn (Adula). Not forgetting an opportunity to take some beautiful shots of the picturesque San Carlo di Negrentino church on your valley-bound descent along the old trading path.
Mountain-bikers delight in lonesome tracks, and the "Amici del Nara" have plans for new MTB tracks in the region.

Train to Biasca, bus to Acquarossa-Comprovasco, small bus to Leontica, on foot to the chairlift (8 minutes)
