Alpine Meat Culture
Overview
During a sampling in his butcher shop in Scuol, Ludwig Hatecke invites the guests to taste the dried sausages and meat he sells. He also serves a glass of wine in the test kitchen, and finally, the premium producer opens the doors to the cave cellar where the meat ages.
