The distilleries of Val-de-Travers are opening their doors on Saturday 14 June 2025 from 10 a.m. for a day dedicated to absinthe! From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., immerse yourself in the world of this unique drink. Enter the distilleries, meet the distillers, discover the secrets of absinthe production and taste their products. Visit the Maison de l'Absinthe in Môtiers and delve into the history of this spirit, which was illegal not so long ago. And at the end of the day, head to Parc Girardier in Môtiers for an evening of music dedicated to absinthe.
