A fun and friendly gourmet autumn tavolata, along with a local market where visitors can taste and purchase local products.
Dive into the warm atmosphere of an autumn tavolata, a unique moment when conviviality and flavours mingle around a large shared table. A generous brisolée buffet awaits you, featuring local specialties such as roasted chestnuts, homemade cheeses, local charcuterie and seasonal desserts.
This gourmet festival celebrates Valais traditions in an authentic mountain setting.
To crown this day of sharing and culinary delights, the event is coupled with the Farfouille: a major end-of-summer clearance sale during which sports retailers clear out their stock at knock-down prices. A great opportunity to combine culinary delights, artisan discoveries and bargains before the onset of winter.
* Registration is required at least 48 hours before the event.
* Included in the price: starter, brisolée served on a plate, dessert, still and sparkling water, as well as Morand syrups. Not included: coffee, tea and wine.
* The Autumn tavolata takes place on the Plaine des Écluses and the Farfouille is held in the car park opposite the Coop supermarket.
