Jeden Mittag von Montag bis Freitag findet um 12 Uhr das Friedensgebet statt.

Im Februar 2022 ist in der Ukraine ein Krieg ausgebrochen. Viele Initiativen wurden ergriffen, um betroffenen Menschen in der Not zu helfen. In Samedan wurde für das ganze Oberengadin eine Sammelstelle ins Leben gerufen, auch ein tägliches Mittagsgebet für Frieden wurde in der reformierten Kirche organisiert. Viele glaubten damals, dass der Krieg in der Ukraine schnell zu Ende sein würde. Leider herrscht immer noch Krieg in der Ukraine. Die Sammelstelle funktioniert nicht mehr; die Gaben und Spenden werden an anderen Orten zentralisiert. Doch geblieben ist das Mittagsgebet. Um 12 Uhr treffen sich jeden Tag Leute und beten für Frieden in der Ukraine, Israel und der ganzen Welt. Wir beten für Leute, die uns darum bitten oder die sich trotz allen Widrigkeiten für den Frieden einsetzen. Das Mittagsgebet ist ein Angebot, einmal in der Woche von Montag bis Freitag einen Moment für Besinnung, Stille und Meditation innezuhalten: Zeit für das Gebet und die Betrachtung von Gottes Wort. Es besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, sich mit dem Pfarrer vor oder nach dem Gebet zu unterhalten. Die Türen in unserer Kirche sind dafür immer weit offen.
