Overview
Intro
Europe's most impressive mountain bike stage race amid the loveliest Swiss mountain scenery.
Flowing but demanding single trails under the shadow of mighty 4000-meter peaks, typical Valais countryside, mountain villages and vineyards – these highlights await participants in the five-day race across Valais.
The competition will be held for the fifth time from 11 to 15 September, 2018. Professionals and ambitious amateur athletes will race over five stages, from Grächen via Leukerbad to Zermatt.
This race is a sporting adventure that takes athletes along challenging trails – but they do not have to be concerned with baggage transport, accommodation or meals, so they can devote themselves entirely to the flow of mountain biking. This race is classified by the International Cycling Union (UCI) as an S1 competition.
