Peter Spielbauer - Wishi-Washi
Overview
Intro
In his solo play 'Wishi-Washi', Peter Spielbauer elicits astonishing aspects and theories on the subject of water - well, there are a few side aspects too.
2 buckets of water, 5 abstruse theories and 1 tantrum. In his current solo theater piece, the practicing verbalist Peter Spielbauer elicits astonishing aspects from the omnipresent material of water. Did you know, for example
that every city is practically located directly by the sea? Or that a simultaneous neck massage multiplies the pleasure of the Goethe poem "Gesang der Geister über den Wassern"? Would you like to know the current retail price of a 0.7 liter bottle of North Pole water? Answers to these questions and a host of other unexpected insights into the elixir of life can be found in 'Wishi-Washi'. A play about water, just about water, well, there are a few side issues too.
"Is Peter Spielbauer a comedian, cabaret artist, poet, artist or philosopher? After his performance, one thing is clear: this man and his program are simply brilliant." Süddeutsche Zeitung
