The Travolata alla Veronese "Bel Canto" will be accompanied by a soprano and a tenor from the restaurant "Le Belcanto" in Paris.
The menu will be prepared by the Trafo kitchen team, in collaboration with Diego Antonelli, chef at Ristorante "Locanda 800" in Negrar, Valpolicella.
The wines will be presented by Gianfranco Elampini (Vigna 800, Negrar) and Alessandra Cappelletti (Vini Cappelletti, Bern).
