Day 1: Iffigenalp to the Wildstrubel SAC mountain hut

Day 2: Wildstrubel SAC mountain hut to Simmen Falls
On the second day, the trail continues over the Tierbergsattel through the wild and rocky Tierberg valley, down to the rushing glacier stream. The source of this stream is in the Plaine-Morte glacier, located slightly higher up the mountain. The highlight of the day is the picturesque Flueseeli, idyllically nestled on an modest plateau. But the hike isn’t over yet – the descent to the Simmen Falls is still to come. Water spray is your constant companion as you descend to the valley on your way home, where your tired legs will surely be grateful for the time spent in nature.
