Instead of spotlights, torch flames bathe the Cavetta area in a warm glow.

The ski lift takes snow-lovers to the mountain station at 2140 m.a.s.l. to start their descent into a sea of lights. After sweeping down the slopes, the Cavetta ski hut near the piste offers traditional raclette as a welcome source of energy. Calm and authenticity are the top experiences at Avers, Switzerland's highest commune, far from the daily bustle.
