Intro
Tracing back the footsteps of the herbalist Witch "Lizi" along the Wirzweli witch-path is an enchanting experience for children over four years of age.
Getting to Wirzweli in 10 minutes with the Dallenwil-Wirzweli adventure cable car is already fun in itself. And from the mountain station, you reach the Gummenalp cable car in around 15 minutes – where cabins for 4 safely deliver both big and small adventurers to the Gummenalp.
Here real adventure begins!
Already on opening the creaky old entrance door you’re confronted with the first surprise. The witch-path leads on through the woods, passing 14 enchanted witch-stations.
Easy hike suited to children of 4 years and over, although not suitable for prams.
Grill spots along the way
Hiking time approx. 1 hour depending on the amount of time spent at the various stations. Approx. 1.5 hours in the opposite direction.
