You will receive brief and exciting insights into the world of coffee sensory science and will sample various specialty coffees. Using the aroma wheel and a coffee sensory kit, you will learn to discover and consciously perceive the diverse aromas of coffee. During a blind tasting, you will sharpen your senses and try to identify the subtle nuances of coffee flavour.
