The Bärghuis Frutt is located at 1920 metres above sea level, in the middle of the natural paradise of Melchsee-Frutt. It couldn't be closer to the centre of the Melchsee-Frutt ski area: Bärghuis Frutt is just a few metres from the Erzegg and Bonistock valley stations. You can get from your bed to the ski slope in no time. On Melchsee-Frutt, 32 kilometres of perfectly groomed pistes of varying difficulty and 10 sports lifts await skiers. The flat terrain on the Erzegg is ideal for beginners. And in the freestyle park Erzegg snowboarders and freeskiers feel in their element.
In summer, our Bärghuis is ideally situated for hikers, climbing freaks, hobby fishermen, animal watchers and those seeking relaxation. The breathtaking panorama as well as the wide range of leisure activities offered by Melchsee-Frutt are worth spending more than one day in this beautiful holiday region!
In summer 2019, the Bärghuis Frutt was freshly renovated. New bathrooms and toilet facilities have been created; a bedroom with shower for a family or the group leaders has been added. The kitchen is perfect for conjuring up fine menus. The gently renovated lounge with lots of light and the sun terrace invite you to linger.
