The newly built Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa – The Contemporary – offers modern architecture and contemporary design in 102 rooms and suites with a unique view of Lake Lucerne. The spacious rooms and suites range from 42 to 678 m² and are all furnished with the finest materials and elegant designer furniture. Guests arrive with the legendary Bürgenstock Railway and, via the Piazza, reach the expansive terrace, the shopping arcade, and the Alpine garden.

Getting there

The legendary journey to the resort by shuttle boat and Bürgenstock funicular is an unforgettable experience and only takes 30 minutes from Lucerne. Glide over the shimmering blue waters of Lake Lucerne directly to the Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock pier at the foot of the mountain, where the Bürgenstock funicular will be waiting to take you up to the resort. Alternatively, the resort can also be reached by car or by train and PostBus. Car parking spaces are available.
