The 4-star Carlton-Europe Adults Hotel welcomes guests over 16 years. The Hotel is located just 200m from Interlaken-Ost railway station. Over the last few years, the hotel has been gradually renovated and still has an art nouveau charm and ambience. Some rooms are decorated in a Laura Ashley "Old English" style and some in an individual "boutique" style. Take a rest at our "Oberländer Wellnessdörfli" with saunas, steam bath, Kneipp basin, adventure showers and a relaxation area. You can choose between 2 restaurants. Enjoy the cosy Swiss Chalet Style atmosphere at "Chalet Beizli" restaurant with only Swiss touched cuisine. Selected wines and specialties from the grill are served in the Restaurant "Johnny's Gärtli".

Wedding
The hotel has over 90 different rooms in the three-star superior and four-star segment, and has been comprehensively renovated and extended in recent years. The art nouveau establishment is run by a young team that attaches great importance to the individual care of its guests. The rooms are furnished in old English and boutique style. Seven seminar rooms and banquet halls can seat between 10 and 100 guests. The Carlton-Europe has several restaurants offering a wide range of menu choices. At the end of the day, you can relax in the natural bathing pool in the hotel gardens or in the hotel’s own Oberländer wellness area.

You can really feel the history in this 120-year-old hotel with eight stylish seminar rooms, some of which retain a nostalgic touch. Superb parquet floors, high ceilings, chandeliers and art deco elements all get the creative juices flowing. A journey through time that will stimulate new ideas. Ultra-modern meeting infrastructure. New extension with wellness area and natural bathing pool. A variety of activities such as river rafting, e-bike touring and night-time tobogganing can be individually arranged.
