General Booking-Conditions	Guests travelling without parents must be 18 years of age to make a reservation. Children under the age of 16 are not accepted in dormitories. Families with children under 16 years receive a family discount of 10% (is being deducted on arrival). The rent of a baby bed is possible. The cost once is CHF 25.00 (incl. Nordic duvet and bed linen). The baby bed has to be reserved in advance directly at Downtown Lodge.

Downtown Lodge is centrally located in Grindelwald and ideal for active, young and young-at-heart people. Visit us and sleep well, pay less, have fun! Grindelwald is located in the Bernese Oberland in Switzerland. It is easy to reach by road or rail. BY ROAD: Via Berne or Lucerne on motorway No. 8 to Interlaken. Take the Wilderswil exit and follow the road up to Grindelwald.
BY RAIL: Long-distance connections to Interlaken Ost every 30-60 min. Change here for the 35-minute train trip to Grindelwald. Downtown Lodge is situated in the heart of Grindelwald and reached by a 5-minute walk from the main railway station. Walk or drive towards the village centre and turn right after the Hotel Spinne.
