Getting there

The hamlet of Ebnet belongs to the municipality of Entlebuch at the entrance to the UNESCO Biosphere. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The nearest train stations are in Wolhusen from Lucerne/Willisau and in Entlebuch from Bern/Langnau. from Bern/Langnau are in Entlebuch. At both stations you can change to the Postbus for the last section to Ebnet (journey time approx. 10 minutes, Ebnet Schulhaus stop). If there is no post bus at the moment, you can ask us in advance for a pick-up service. (7 seats, CHF 5.- per person, flat rate maximum CHF 25.- per trip). Car/Bike: We are located on the north-south axis on the main road no. 10 between Lucerne and Bern. Alternative access is possible in summer from Obwalden via the Glaubenberg- and Glaubenbielenpass or all year round from Thun via the Schallenbergpass. The Entlebuch is also on the popular Grand Tour of Switzerland route.
