But you won't find any South American specialities, as Argentina refers to the silver reflections of the mountain wall, which looks so smooth that it was named Miroir d'Argentine. The cuisine on offer honours the land that surrounds us, taking its time, always seasonal, often simple, sometimes revisited, each time with passion. On the 1st and 2nd floors of the Miroir d'Argentine there are 8 hotel rooms, completely renovated in 2022 and all decorated differently, each with its own bathroom with shower
