The Schwendihaus - A house for families, groups, clubs, schools, backpackers, couples, friends, solo travellers... - the accommodation for everyone, located in Amden, in the canton of St. Gallen. The group accommodation is close to the centre and yet surrounded by greenery. When you look out of your room, a wonderful panorama of the mountains and Lake Walen opens up. Many activities and offers are nearby. The indoor swimming pool, for example, can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The children's playgrounds at Rombach and Girengärtli are only a walk away (10- 15 minutes). The ski area is within walking distance and Lake Walen with its secluded bathing spots is not far away. If you don't want to use your car, the bus stop with connections to Weesen - Ziegelbrücke or Arvenbüel is only 2 minutes away.
