The IR Aare Linth of the Schweizerische Südostbahn AG (SOB) connects Bern, Zurich and Chur every hour and runs through varied regions with diverse traditions and unique landscapes. The stops include leisure destinations such as Burgdorf, Olten, Walenstadt, Bad Ragaz, Maienfeld and Chur.
As the most beautiful connection between city, country and river, the IR Aare Linth invites you to take a relaxing and impressive journey on one of the most fascinating railway routes in Switzerland. On board the elegant Traverso trains, varied landscapes pass by, from the gently undulating Emmental to the glittering shores of Lake Walen to the sun-drenched Bündner Herrschaft.
