Intro
The BirdLife Nature Centre at La Sauge, between Ins (BE) and Cudrefin (VD), is located on the edge of Switzerland's two most important bird sanctuaries, the Fanel and the Cudrefin sanctuaries, on the south-eastern shore of Lake Neuchâtel (Grande Cariçaie).
The Nature Centre features a temporary exhibition and a 500-metre outdoor trail equipped with four observatories for observing wildlife without disturbing it. The centre and outdoor facilities are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
