The Cheese Dairy Saignelégier was founded in 1995.
The Cheese Dairy Saignelégier was founded in 1995. With the new building our cheese specialists have been able to transfer and preserve the traditional values of Tête de Moine AOP making to that modern production site.
* Possibility to organize a "Rosette Workshop" for people who wish to scrape themselves some cheese flowers and taste them on the spot.
* Visits for groups of 10 or more are possible outside opening hours.
