Pauline and Dennis continue their journey along the Grand Tour of Switzerland. After the start at Lake Constance, the tour continues via a picturesque stopover in Rapperswil to the capital Bern, where the second challenge is already waiting for them: "Above vs. Below". The challenge is intended to capture the contrast between pulsating, sun-drenched life and the quiet, mysterious places in the depths of darkness.
Above Bern, you will discover the city from Bundesplatz to along the Aare – sunny streets, vibrant life and fascinating contrasts. But the real adventure lies below: Deep underground in the city of Bern, their path leads them into the sewer system. Movements, light and shadow, mysterious corners – until a sudden rain forces them back into the daylight.

After this extraordinary experience, they review the day in Bern and prepare for the next stage along the Grand Tour. Next stop: Fribourg.

The journey continues to the Fribourg region – during a stopover in the city of Fribourg, new impressions are collected. The journey continues to Murten, where the third challenge awaits them: "Old vs. New – Timeless Creation". In the traditional village cheese dairy Niedermuhren, they accompany Adrian in the production of Gruyère AOP from A to Z – and of course taste the best cheese in the world. A day full of tradition, modern perspectives and incomparable taste experiences.
The episode ends with a new hint that sounds like "mountain air" and awakens the anticipation for the next challenge.
