Indulge in some wonderful relaxation and recharge your batteries by spending a fasting week in the Chalet L’échappée belle, located above the sun-soaked village of Morgins. The grandiose landscape and the towering Dents-du-Midi, Alpine meadows and numerous mountain lakes are the perfect backdrop.
You can also take part in additional activities that support the fasting process during the week here. These include: hiking, therapy treatments, gentle yoga, meditation and creative activities in the early evening. The subject of nutrition will of course also be addressed to ensure that not only the fasting week, but also the time that follows are a success.
