Intro
There is a trail surrounding the Antème Lakes, a smuggler's trail and an orator's circuit.
Antème Lakes Trail:
This trail is a special route for nature lovers, taking you to the heart of an amazing cirque in the calcareous mountain landscape. Audio commentary is offered, helping ramblers to fully appreciate their surroundings.
Smuggler's Trail:
Follow Séraphin the smuggler along the Barme plateau, as he guides you along the path, telling you about his world, his home and his beloved mountains. He will also tell you the history, the secrets and the anecdotes relating to smugglers in the area.
The Orator's Circuit:
The orator's circuit stretches from Chavalet to Barmaz, via the main street in the village. All the oratories, chapels, community halls and, of course, the Saint-Théodule church with its famous bell-tower may be seen on the tour.
