The Tie-Break Cup will take place again this year and will be held for the 34rd time. This prestigious prize-money tennis tournament features exciting matches in both men's and women's singles, attracting top players from Switzerland and the surrounding region. Since 1993, the Tie-Break Cup has been a traditional highlight in tennis and is held in the breathtaking setting at the foot of the Matterhorn in Zermatt. We look forward to welcoming you as a guest, tennis fan, or player to Zermatt. Player registration is available via the website www.mytennis.ch, by phone, or by email. SELECTION CRITERIA • Classification • The tournament management can award wild cards. ENTRY FEE *** EARLY BIRD OFFER *** • Register in the tournament by June 10, 2026 and benefit from a reduced entry fee: CHF 50.- instead of CHF 60.- • TCZ Club Members: CHF 40.- • The entry fee must be paid at the tournament office before the first match. • Payment possible in cash or via Twint. • All participants will receive a personal welcome gift.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE / DRAW • Registration deadline: Sunday, 05.07.2026 20:00 • Tournament draw: Monday, 06.07.2025 18:00 • Match appointment requests before the draw will be checked and taken into account if possible. Match appointment requests received after the draw can no longer be taken into account.

PLAYING TIMES • Thursday from 18:00 (if necessary) • From Friday to Saturday from 09:00 to 21:00 (last series)

*** SATURDAY PLAYERS NIGHT *** Raclette Party & Valais specialities During the Evening & Night Sessions • On Sunday from 09:00 the semi-finals and from 12:00 the finals. • In the dark, it will be possible to play with floodlights on all courts.

GAME MODE • It will be over 2 winning sets with a champions tie-break in the 3rd Set played in all categories. • In the categories MS R4/R6, MS R6/R9, WS R2/R5, WS R5/R9 and MS 50+ & WS 45+ R5/R9, a consolation round is played, so that each player is guaranteed at least two matches. In the highest categories, consolation rounds will be held depending on time and court availability. • If there are too few registrations, categories can be merged. • If there are fewer then 8 registrations, group matches can also be held.

RULES • The rules of the game and the tournament regulations of Swiss Tennis apply. • The tournament organisers are entitled in the application of TUR Art. 44 to waive the submission of prizes and the payment of prizes if players do not compete without excuse or without reason. • The tournament will be played without an umpire. All participants and accompanying persons must behave fairly and adhere to the Swiss Tennis guidelines regarding the tournament without a referee. The instructions of the tournament director, the official, and the organizer's staff must be strictly followed. Unsportsmanlike conduct by players and accompanying persons will not be tolerated.

MATCH CALL-UP • No written match call-up. • The playing times are available from monday on www.mytennis.ch.

INSURANCE • The insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

PRICE DISTRIBUTION • On Sunday, July 12, 2026 directly after the final match of each category. We look forward to your participation and hope to receive numerous registrations for our traditional tournament in Zermatt.
