An afternoon to be lived slowly, immersed in the greenery and the stillness of Kurhaus Cademario, where time seems to slow down and every detail is an invitation to wellbeing.
An afternoon to be lived slowly, immersed in the greenery and the stillness of Kurhaus Cademario, where time seems to slow down and every detail is an invitation to wellbeing.
The experience begins at 4:00 pm with a fresh, light welcome: smoothies, natural juices, infusions and freshly cut fruit, to be enjoyed outdoors in a relaxed, light-filled atmosphere.
Until around 6:00 pm, guests can enjoy some free time in the park, breathe in nature, let themselves be embraced by the view and simply slow down.
Around 6:00 pm, Lorenzo will lead a mindfulness class in one of the most energising spots of the Kurhaus: a moment dedicated to breath, gentle movement and presence, between yoga, relaxation and connection with oneself.
At around 6:45 pm, the experience continues with an outdoor aperitif of finger food and light flavours, accompanied by live music with sax and backing track.
It all draws to a close around 7:45 pm, after a little summer ritual of nature, wellbeing and conviviality.
