Intro
Vegetarian brunch at a micro-farm every Sunday from May 31 to September 27 inclusive
* Every Sunday we compose our buffet based on the day's harvest. Discover our unique and incomparable vegetarian brunch.
More than a dozen dishes await you, with unique creations every day—just like nature itself.
The vegetable compositions vary, but a gourmet base remains the same and consists of: sourdough bread, jams from the gardens, plain Sapalet butter and butter seasoned Chivrageon style, seasonal fruits, hot or cold soup depending on the weather, scrambled eggs cooked in a bain-marie, soy hummus, and the spread of the moment.
Brunch includes an all-you-can-eat buffet, a hot drink, and a freshly prepared juice.
Reservations required. We operate two services to ensure everyone has an enjoyable and personalized experience.
Please come with as few vehicles as possible and opt for sustainable transportation.
Brunch for private events available upon request.
