Entertainment event Saumchörli Herisau
Overview
Intro
Above all, songs + Zäuerli will be sung, which always delight the audience with their simplicity and clarity. The evening is enriched with guest groups, theater + coffee bar.
The "Saum" is a district in the east of Herisau that gives the Chörli its name.
The aim of the Saumchörli Herisau is to ensure that songs are not forgotten and to give listeners a few enjoyable hours. In most cases, no sheet music or composer is known because the songs have been passed down through generations by ear.
