TRIO TORI breaks with rigid conventions and takes its audience on a refreshing journey of discovery across various musical styles in its program “Ausflug.” The three musicians blend classical chamber music with swinging jazz elements and Scandinavian folk music to create surprising, colorful soundscapes. Their versatile repertoire ranges from sweet melodies to captivating grooves. The ensemble deliberately takes the music out of its usual context and presents a virtuoso concert full of auditory delight, humor, and a palpable lightness.
In addition to the musical diversity, the shared experience takes center stage. Short introductions guide the audience through the program, and small interactive elements allow the audience to become an active part of the concert.
The result is a lively, varied listening experience that delights experienced classical music fans as well as curious newcomers.
