Overview
Intro
A traveling concert blending music, architecture, and nature for the Musica del Grigionitaliano Festival.
As part of the Musica del Grigionitaliano Festival, the “I suoni negli spazi” series presents a unique sensory experience titled “Gli echi di Brusio.”
On Saturday, August 22, 2026, starting at 8:00 p.m., the small village of Brusio—renowned for its rich musical traditions—will become the setting for a walking concert designed to evoke the sound and spirit of the village’s historic sites.
The musical journey will begin at Casa Besta, a true cultural hub of the lower valley, and then continue toward the new exhibition space at the Tobacco Museum and the picturesque Reformed Church, home to the famous Serassi organ.
The stars of the evening will be Gianni Gebbia on saxophone and Willy Merz on the Indian harmonium.
The rich and varied program will span various eras and styles, featuring compositions by Severino Boezio, Hildegard von Bingen, Diego Ortiz, and Franz Joseph Haydn, as well as original pieces by Willy Merz and Gianni Gebbia themselves.
An unmissable event that blends the art of sound, historical memory, and the celebration of the local landscape.
