Hyrox Simulation Thun 2026 – The Ultimate Fitness Event for All Generations
On September 26, 2026, the Thun Expo will be the venue for a sporting premiere unlike anything the region has ever seen. The Hyrox Simulation is coming to Thun, bringing the globally celebrated competition format right into the heart of the Bernese Oberland.
What is Hyrox?
Hyrox is a sport for everyone—men and women alike. It’s the perfect combination of functional strength training, interval training, and endurance. What makes it special is that it’s designed to be accessible to everyone. This event isn’t focused on the elite, but rather on community and personal success. Whether you’re a professional athlete, an ambitious recreational runner, or someone simply looking for a new challenge—there’s a place for everyone at the Hyrox Simulation in Thun.
An event for the whole family—from children to seniors
We believe that sports bring people together. That’s why our event is designed to be inclusive. We invite all generations to become part of this movement. From the youngest sports fans, who can get their first taste of competition in the Kids’ Program, to beginners experiencing their first competitive event, all the way to experienced seniors who prove that fitness knows no age. The focus is on participating, encouraging one another, and celebrating successes together.

Original equipment: Participants use the official weights and equipment also used at Hyrox events worldwide.

Authentic atmosphere: The setup at Thun Expo—with music, emcees, and support from the spectators—creates an adrenaline rush usually found only at major events.
