Join us on June 16 at Quartier LôDzè, from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm, for a sound bath hosted by Candice Oreiller, immersed in the sounds of the handpan and Tibetan bowls.
Immerse yourself in an immersive experience of deep relaxation thanks to a unique sound bath. The spellbinding vibrations of the handpan and Tibetan bowls invite the body to release tension and the mind to naturally slow down. The sounds diffuse, resonate and envelop each participant in a veritable vibratory massage, conducive to letting go and refocusing.
Facilitated by Candice Oreiller, who will offer a sound immersion with handpan and Tibetan bowls.
Available at CHF 50 per person, this moment of well-being is open to adults aged 18 and over, in an intimate atmosphere limited to 30 participants.
Towels are provided on site to ensure optimum comfort throughout the session.
A timeless interlude to reconnect with yourself and rediscover your inner balance.
Minimum 10 participants: if this threshold is not reached, the session will be cancelled.
