Stars in Town
Overview
Intro
One of the most beautiful and sympathetic festivals in Switzerland.
More than 50,000 guests from near and far enjoy grandiose concerts on various stages on the Piazza Grande of German-speaking Switzerland in the charming old town of Schaffhausen. Numerous side events, street food and cozy bars in a unique ambience round off the varied program. The national press praised the music festival as "enchantingly organized", "probably the most beautiful festival in Switzerland" or "top acts in an incomparable setting". The event location in the middle of Switzerland's northernmost city is particularly beautifully staged. Wrapped in bright colors, the historic houses in the picturesque old town create the perfect backdrop. And the more than 600 enthusiastic helpers, as appointed hosts, make the festival visit a pleasurable experience all around.
