Intro
A sporty and culinary experience on the Stanserhorn.
Enjoy activating, soothing and relaxing yoga. At 8.15 a.m., the training group sets off on the ascent from Stans, enjoying the first rays of sunshine. Once they reach the top at 1900 meters above sea level, they start the day with a yoga lesson before enjoying a well-earned mountain breakfast.
Take along: Yoga mat, clothing suitable for the weather
The yoga class takes place indoors. Nevertheless, it is advisable to bring a jacket and clothing suitable for the weather for the ascent and descent. If you need a yoga mat, please note this in the comments section of the registration form. Keen on Sports will be happy to organize a mat.
Please also note any allergies or intolerances in the comments. We will be happy to take this into account at breakfast.
