Hidden away on a side street in the heart of Sion, the Vieux Valais has been known for almost 100 years as the place for a good fondue. Guests can order the speciality in its plain form or with porcini mushrooms or tomatoes, with a dried meat platter to start and home-made apricot sorbet for dessert.
