Intro
For over 20 years, professional fisherman Rolf Meier has been chugging out to Lake Constance in his small fishing boat at four in the morning.
Also on board are his nets and sometimes a couple of guests who want to learn more about fishing. But Lake Constance is the secret star.
Self-caught fish are yours to take home, although guests can also request that their fresh-catch be lovingly prepared to eat at the Restaurant Seegarten in Ermatingen.
