With modern audio technology and spotlights, it offers a unique ambience for banquets, concerts or exhibitions. At night, with its lighting effects and music, it can be transformed into a unique ballroom for discos, balls or other festivities. The building is rented out by the ecumenical association Offene Kirche Elisabethen, which is able to offersocial, cultural and spiritual events and services for Basel and the surrounding region thanks to the rental income, donations and cooperation. The venue is wheelchair-accessible.
