Intro
With so many themed paths in the charming Appenzell region, hiking is even more eventful. The highlights include the Puzzle Trail in Schwellbrunn which requires both mental and physical fitness.
In addition to the great Puzzle Trail, which is about 8.6 km long and more suitable for adolescents and adults, a shorter family puzzle path will also be available in 2017, focusing especially on children. Each of the two circular paths has 8 puzzle stations with new puzzles every year. Also, pleasant grilling stations with firewood, grill and seating and other unexpected attractions are available on both trails. Furthermore, by handing in their answers to the riddles, all puzzle hikers take part in the annual prize drawing.
