On the Panorama Tour you'll experience a lot of swift descents. If you're looking for an easy route that requires moderate fitness, it’s just the thing.
Description
This route leads from Emmetten with a pleasant ascent to the top station at Stockhütte. On the way you can take a break at Erlen Chapel or at the nearby picnic spot. After the short descent from Twäregg, the path takes you on a slight climb through Ängital - a lovely valley landscape with a view of Schwalmis.
Restaurant Tannibüel invites you to linger and is happy to help with any gear problems. After a quick descent - where you take the fork toward Stockboden - you'll reach the well-known vantage point at Tristelen. Here you can sit on the bench and soak up the sun while admiring the view of Lake Lucerne. After a couple of bends in the path, you'll end up back in the village of Emmetten.
An enjoyable tour includes the careful planning of the same. Please inform yourself in advance at the local information center about the route and weather conditions. Depending on the season and weather conditions, this route may be blocked or interrupted
